If I ship a fiber drum or a plastic drum to the uk how much do I have to pay to clear it from customs or where ever they send it to in the UK?

yes clothes, personal belongings, food (tin) and snacks
examples of some stuff
towels, body spray, soap, clothes, shoes, curtains, mats,

You can apply for tax relief if you are shipping your personal belongings to the UK as part of a permanent move. This is known as Transfer of Residence (ToR).
