Default Shipping personal items

So my divorce settlement is now here and Im now ready to fly back to Canada to ship my personal effects and animals.

Looking for suggestions on shipping company to use for my belongings.

It isnt a lot, fits in a 5ft x 5ft storage locker, plus a few other things, I need a company to pick items up from the storage locker but I will be there, most of my items are in plastic boxes, do they shrink wrap it all, what happens?

Any advice, suggestions and recommendations greatly appreciated, thanks

A great place to start for shipping is to check out FIDI website for a list of FAIM certified international removal companies that serve your area to make sure whoever you're using is fully qualified, licensed and independently vetted for overseas moving.

There are lots more tips about choosing reputable removals companies and your different options over on our vendor forum for International Removals advice.

Sounds like you'd be looking for a shared container service, there are a few options available for this and these vary by company - e.g. loose loading / shrink wrap / wooden crate so ask each company on your shortlist what they'd recommend.

Hope it helps!
