I'm trying to get an idea of the costs ahead of me and am trying to find a shipping
company in the UK to get my stuff over to Monroe, Louisianna. Can anyone give any advice in this area? or at least a place to start looking, trawling round the net hasn't revealed much so far, my searches have been bringing up everything but what I want. I figured the 3 month type of shipping would be cheapest but would they expect you to pick it up from the port? Any advice or links would be gratefully recieved Thanks Morkai |
look in the local yellow pages for international removers..and no generally speaking
they will organise a firm to transport from the poe to your home. it was expensive when we did,it was for a whole home contents and the insurance was very high..youll probably need to get your own customs papers as well.. rough idea i paid five thousand pounds hope that helps |

I did mine earlier this year, I just looked in the yellow pages and checked out the
international movers. [usenetquote2]> >I'm trying to get an idea of the costs ahead of me and am trying to find[/usenetquote2] a [usenetquote2]> >shipping company in the UK to get my stuff over to Monroe, Louisianna[/usenetquote2] > > newspaper > > > > > > > |
