Shipping belongings from the USA to UK
Hi there,
We are looking to find the most cost effective way to send our belongings back from Oregon, USA to the UK. We have a couple of biggish items but mostly general belongings, clothes, rugs and smaller furniture that can be taken apart. We're thinking 12ft long x 8ft wide approx. We would love suggestions of companies that have been tried and tested. Happy to pack ourselves, and happy for it to take 4 months to arrive or so as we will be staying with my parents for the first 6 months.
Thanks for your time!

You could look at a Movecube (google it) but it might be too small. If so, then a container share might be an option. Just contact a few of the international movers and ask for quotes.

Thanks Verystormy. Do you happen to know of any international mover suggestions who offer this container share option?
Thanks for your time.

Most international movers can offer shared containers, the FIDI website will have a list of approved FAIM certified companies nearest to you. Hope that helps!
