So here we are sitting in NZ and up until now its been home...since the the late 80s in fact.
Maybe its an age thing, but we now find the pull towards home is getting stronger...as there is little history here in NZ at times its a little dull, understandably romantic notions of wandering the highways and byways of Europe and the UK have been firmly dismissed, we are after all realists !
I suppose my reason for posting here is to gain a better insight and maybe assist us in finding a way forward ?
So if anyone has anything constructive to add, please jump in and tell us your thoughts...we are fairly open to areas and are somewhat looking for an adventure and no this does not include renovating a mansion or chateaux !!!
For us its about finding quality over quantity...having lived in Melbourne and loved it and so many other places in between, we now seek a slower pace with less clutter in our lives, time to devote to our two border collies and a maybe a white Christmas.....its been so long sing we have seen one of those !
