I have concerns with this company. After much research, I chose Seven Seas for my move from US back to the UK. I booked one air shipment of 2 boxes and one large move cube. For the move cube, they were supposed to send me a “starter pack” with some supplies and a template for the cube. It was originally scheduled for aug 26, but never arrived. I called multiple times, finally got it rescheduled for today sept 9. It didn’t show up again! I called to get a tracking number for UPS and they don’t have one, what is going on? I am now very wary of using this company for my move. Had anyone experienced problems like this with this company? I don’t really need the starter pack, as I’ve already taped off the size of the move cube and started packing. They are scheduled to deliver the cube in 3 weeks….I am very nervous. We leave on October 1, no time to reschedule.

They normally have a very good reputation. We used them to move from Australia to the UK and found them excellent.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Not sure who our daughter is using to move from LA in a few weeks.

It’s been a few years since we used them admittedly but we always used them for our moves and never had an issue in the past.
