Same Sponsor, Client Change
Hi
One of my friends has a Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff UK 3 years Visa valid till 2019.
He stayed in UK for 9 months (from Sep 2016 till May 2017)and came back to his home country due to some personal reasons.
It has been 7 months now from the date he came back to his home country and has been working for the same sponsor.
Now his sponsor wish to send him back for some new assignment for different client.Does cooling off period apply in this case ?

Providing his visa is still valid and he is working for the same sponsor then his employer's client is irrelevant.
