Finally.....
This week, 2 1/2 years after returning to the UK and after over 3 years on the market we sold our house in PEI 
No money left on it after selling at a loss and paying off the line of credit and all the fees but it's such a relief not to have to find $2000 a month to keep it heated, insured and the interest paid... Still miss the dream house that we built and designed ourselves on 49 acres but we're much happier back here. Even got Tim Horton's opening nearby soon! Just need a Michaels now...
