Renting
 
Hi there

We will be moving to the UK soon and will need to rent. Its quiet a mission i believe so we looking at either self caterin cottages or bed And breakfast.

Can anyone recommend places in surrey?

Secondly, eventually we want to rent, any advice on how this will be possible

You could use a B&B for arrival then look for a house share with

That's fairly normal as you will not have a UK credit record, if you do contact agents you could ask them, and some will accept a guarantor instead of the up front rental, as long as you have one..

Google Inn Keepers Lodge. They are an inexpensive chain of hotels/B&B. There's also Travelodge.co.uk and Premier Inn. Google them and see if there are any that suit you in the are you want.

Inn on the Lake in Godalming, Surrey is nice and it's an Inn Keepers Lodge so it's not expensive.

The Wheatsheaf in Woking is rooms above a pub, part of the Inn Keepers Lodge chain. Also, it's good and Woking town centre is a short walk away.
