Default Registering a LHD vehicle in the UK

Have decided to take my Spanish Reg LHD 4x4 back to UK and re-register it there.

Having paid a lot for it new 3 years ago I might as well keep it.

Will I have any problems with the bull-bars, side steps and tow bar which was fitted after I purchased the vehicle?

Cant seem to find where to get info from on the net.

Rules are very straight forward,
In order to not pay tax on it you must prove that you have owned the car for 12 months and been resident in the country where you purchased it
If over 3 years must pass MOT on Entry, so if the additions won't pass the MOT then they'll need to be taken off, otherwise they'll be fine.
Also must have MILES PER HOUR on the speedo (the document said that this could be 'drawn on' so long as it was visible day and night!!

I couldn't believe that those were the rules in their entirety!

Change the headlight bulbs to dip left instead of right.
