Hi, i am new in here this member. i would like to know if anyone has experience waiting for the settlement spouse visa. how long normally the processing? could it be 24 weeks?

That would depend on a range of factors, not least the country from which you are applying from, the passport that you hold and whether you are opting to pay for priority processing or not.

Yep, as BiP has said it can vary hugely depending on many factors. You can have a look at the timelines thread to give you an idea of how long it's taken others, you'll see that some people have had their visas within days, others have been waiting 6 months or more depending on country etc.
