I can only recommend this area, we are really happy and if we weren’t given the opportunity to relocate to the USA we would be staying put!! The area has a great community, all the schools in the area are very good, good location for commuting to London, closed to M25, M4 & Heathrow. .
Oh my goodness - what a small world it is! Austin is so wonderful - its been a great place to live for the last 9 years. LEt me know if you need any help getting settled here. THank you for the info and as we get closer to the move I might have questions to PM you with. Feel free to do the same.

I lived in Bracknell for 30 years, so you could say I know the area pretty well. Would I move back there? No! However, it does have a lot for the children including a sports centre, coral reef, dry ski slope, ice skating rink, cinema, the Look Out and a bowling alley. The town centre is poor but ok for general use.

Has anyone mentioned Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Yateley, Farnborough, Mytchett Ash or Ash Vale? Depends how far away from Bracknell you want to be.

Good luck with your search and please let me know if I can be of any further help.

My husband told me about these! I will HAVE to check it out. I learned to ski in New Mexico - which doesn't have the best snow - but hearing about his escapades on dri skiing slopes made me really laugh.

Thank you for the additional places to check out, I'm certain I will definitely need some information from someone with your level of experience there!

I can't believe we're getting so close now. We moved out of our house this past weekend and into the apartment (lease is up in May!)
