All I can say is " Get outa here " with that fancy blending stuff, try cooking separate and see the results.

If I can add, turkey slice sandwiches, toasted, and a side order of fresh pineapple.
Toast the bread one sided only, butter the uncooked side, pack it well with turkey, and cut them in half...

I didn't name it. It goes by various names but is easy and good for a party like this.

Is it supposed to come out like a bake-in crust, like the bisquick recipe?
People love that stuff. The crust can't fall off.

Got it.

Your problem is solved.

It's a party, wrapped in bacon.

Where will the food be located? Indoors or outdoors?

If it's indoors then that gives you many more options 'cos if it's outdoors, you have to consider foods spoiling.

At a recent potluck, I brought a marinated cucumber and peanut salad. It was a little spicy but it's fine if it's left outdoors.

Sausage rolls might be an idea though you'd be better off making those a day in advance.

Seven layer dip would be good with tortilla chips.

No crust. You just cut the pieces and serve. A napkin would be handy to have with it as it is a bit moist. It went quickly when I made it.
