I would scrap overseas aid, too much of it goes to lining politicians pockets, building things that are NOT needed instead of improving the lot of the ordinary citizens, keep it in the UK and use it to help fund the NHS and police.

my home town where I came back to Portsmouth is very religious AND patriotic,

Housing isn't finalised yet (rental application is in) but we're looking at a short rail commute from Tyne Valley over the river into Newcastle - handy for hubby and minutes away from "shop til you drop" for me
