Unbelievable your OH got a job though, with the state things in Scotland at the minute he is very lucky!

We returned to Aberdeen from Perth, WA a year ago next week and I can honestly say that I have not regretted it one single day.

Hubby has started up as a self-employed roofer again and is very busy. The people are still friendly and take time to chat in supermarkets etc.

The weather is not great - but hey it's variety.

I liked it in WA and I like it here - Life is what you make of it a lot of the time - If you look for the crap - you will find it. Maybe I've just been lucky but I still think Aberdeen takes some beating. ;)
