Niece visiting- accommodation letter for her visa
My niece who is studying her Masters at a University in Holland is hoping to come for Christmas and New Year to us in England. She is on a South African passport. I know I have to give her a letter inviting her and stating that she will be staying with us and I will be responsible for her maintenance while here but do I have to also include title deeds, bank statements etc just for a 2 week visit. She already has a Schengen Visa to study and will be returning to her Uni.

I would suggest that would be overkill. She just needs to demonstrate that she has sufficient funds and accommodation for the duration of her visit and that she has an incentive to return to the Netherlands at the end of her visit.

No worries. That she has a Schengen visa and is resident in the Netherlands will also make her a lower risk compared to a SA citizen residing in SA.
