You need to be ordinarily resident in the UK. Have you ever lived in the UK?

It’s not clear from your post, are you pregnant now? You won’t be eligible for NHS care until you’ve moved permanently to the UK, you can’t just pop over on a visit and use it for free regardless of your citizenship. But once you and your family move for good you’ll all be covered.

Good luck.

Also, looking at your previous posts it seems we still don’t know which of you is British - is it you or your spouse? Whoever the Brit is will need to sponsor the other for a spouse visa too.

Good luck.

As said above, you move there permanently. And sponsor your spouse for a visa.

Are you the husband or wife? Any other children?

Thanks for clarifying. Your husband said he was British and you were Egyptian in previous posts.

So you’ll need to sponsor him for a spouse visa, ahead of your move.

Good luck.

As above - just move there. You’ll then be covered and will have council tax bills, utility bills, payslips etc to prove your residency.

No probs. I'd suggest you think about it and plan well ahead of when you hope to get pregnant - that way you can be settled and have a bit of a support network before your pregnancy, but also assuming you'll work in the UK you'll then be eligible for statutory maternity pay as well.

In order to sponsor you husband you have to fulfill financial requirements.
Read the following document carefully to see if you qualify:

https://assets.publishing.service.go...equirement.pdf

Basically you need to be earning a salary of 29,000 GBP or have savings of over 80,000 GBP to qualify.
