New Will required once home?
Hi,
we need to get a Will done -we are in Canada- but also want to move back to the UK. If we get one done here, do we need to redo it once we arrive home or will our Canadian one be valid.
We are not planning to keep property here, or any savings. It will cost a fair amount so if it won't be valid in the UK then we'll wait.

Simply put. Do a new will in the UK.
