Need some help or Advice :)

It's been 2 years since I was last on this forum, the past 2 years have been fantastic ones where I've settled into a great life in Sydney. New friends for life and after chasing for 5 months, got a great job. However, my predicament begin 8 months ago when I went home for a family trip back to the UK and started dating a girl I used to work with. We've been doing the long distance relationship and having holidays etc together. It's been fantastic, I've just returned from a ten day trip back from the UK and I'm starting to feel the time's right to move back to the UK. Friends and family are obviously a massive pull, as well as moving back to be with my girl. h

I'd just like to know whether anyone else has been in similar situations and what advice is out there?

cheers

Is there a chance you will want to live in Australia someday in the future?

Have you thought about citizenship?

If "the one" is under 30 she could come on a working holiday visa, to see how it pans out.

It just seems a shame to give up the life you are enjoying here and risk not being able to return if the rules change in the future.

Probably not much help, and hopefully someone else will be along soon

Good luck
