3200/3500 it's not individual salary.
above is total salalry for me and wife, and this estimate I got from my friend ,in there hospital people recently join with same band which I am expecting band. And he told they get 1750 per month including weekend ends and night shift duty and 1750 is all inclusive with tax.
And sorry its not 20,000.
band 5(a)salary is 22000
Given the salary, I’d definitely recommend you look elsewhere if (as your previous posts suggest) you will have the choice of where to go in the UK. £3000-3500 won’t go far for a family of 4 in the south east by the time you’ve paid childcare (particularly if needed overnight) and housing.

Hi, I think we've taken the OP's thread off track enough, as suggested do please start your own thread. If you can let people know your income, what kind of amenities you're after, if you need to be within commuting distance of anywhere in particular etc, then they can help. Give them as much detail as possible so they can suggest areas.
