in need of advice
 

Hi there, i am a british citizen currently living over seas trying to come back,
i have lived out of the counrty for almost 6 years i left when i was 12. i was woundering what steps do i need to take in insure a hassle free entry and also i would be coming back alone with no where to go is there any place i can go after i am landed and through customs that can give me ahand getting me on my feet. please if you know anything or even have the simplest of advice i would be very thankful.
i am trying to get back within the next couple of months

Come back to? Your post is not quite clear. Seems to me like you're going back to the UK, but then this is the Australia forum?

oh i thought this sight was based in england due to the name of the sight sorry for the miss understanding im just lost in what to do next and dont know where to turn

This area of the site is for people trying to move to and get visas for Australia. There is an area for moving back to UK, the link is in previous post.

Do you have a British passport? That is all you would need for getting back into the country physically. The what you do afterwards is a bit more tricky, do you have family that can help you? Either in the UK or wherever you are now that can help with arrangements?
