Sorry but I just have to say, oh my giddy ant! My house has been packed up today at long last & only 6 more sleeps til leaving Oz after 11 years, I'm rather excited:D I've managed to sell my few household appliances so there's nowt more to do except to start saying goodbyes. Whoop!

Cheers chris955, the weather is neither here nor there in the grand scheme of things is it? Yes it's great to have good weather but it's nothing compared to having all your family around again, beautiful countryside & all the wonderful places in Britain & Europe so close. I'm so, so looking forward to being back in Blighty :rofl::D:thumbsup:

Yes I couldnt agree more, I'm surprised by how many people that will say that the 'better' weather is the main reason for going to Australia. There just seems to be way more important things in life. I am seeing Britain through new eyes :)

You hit the nail on the head with the whys and wherefores....all the questioning in the past and the doubts and fears just start to pale into insignificance when you just know it's time to go home :britflag: Yeehaaa!! ...except there does seem to be more snow in Uk right now than here in sunny Nova Scotia , Canada ...:starsmile:...no, I ain't changing my mind :D
