Default Murray's bitter pill to swallow in the Rugby. Anyone but England?

As somebody recently started a thread about the dour faced anti English Scotsman, I couldn't help thinking about him and laughing when England thrashed Scotland in the Rugby a week or so back. What a victory!
I wonder what Mr Murray thought of that? Anyone but England, hmm Andy?

Ireland beating Wales on the same day helped make me even happier, not that I'm anti Welsh or anything, but some of the Welsh people can be as bad as Murray about England, so I had to root for Ireland to win that one.

For any Scots or Welsh people who may read this, please don't take offence to what I said here. This was purely a sporting event and I'm not anti anyone, except Tennis's Andy Murray lol

None taken! Although I grew up a few towns away from young Murray and I know people who went to school with him, I can't like him as he really is a terrible role model for us Scots.

But then this is coming from a girl who grew up saying she'd never live anywhere but Scotland... and now I'm in Australia dreaming of living in ENGLAND! Hehe aren't us Brits funny when it comes to our own?

I dont care where he comes from, he just makes me want to vomit.

I think his mother should have a word with him and explain that hes not a teenager anymore and he needs to quit with the morose moodiness!

lol Yes, we're a funny old bunch aren't we?

Agreed Murray is a bad role model for the country, but we all know that the Scots people are not all like him.

I have a sliding scale. I support England in all things. Next I support anyone playing Australia at anything (anyone but Australia if you like). Then it's pretty much anyone except Scotland, Ireland or Wales. I never used to think like that but these countries think they have a monopoly on being patriotic and somehow it's ok for them to support anyone playing us but we're somehow meant to shout for them Shove that. France is next on the list.

But overall 'anyone but Australia' tops the lot. Love to see them get beaten, even if it's France or (gulp) Argentina.
