moving to uk
 
i am uk citizen living i uk my partner is canadian citizen living in canadawe are both in process of divorce.when divorce is final we want to get married in uk and live in uk how do we go about it.any advice would be great.

(i) intended applies for, and obtains, fiancé visa
(ii) he flies to the UK and marries you
(iii) husband informs Immigration Service of change of circumstances and becomes conditional permanent resident.
(iv) after twelve months you (both) confirm that you are still married and becomes perment resident
(v) after further twenty four months husband becomes eligible for British citizenship.
