Moving back to UK from NZ
Hi! My husband and I are moving back to the UK. He is British but I’m a New Zealander. I used to live there and had indefinite leave to remain but I have to apply for another spouse visa as we’ve been in NZ 10 years.
Has anyone been in a similar situation lately? Not sure whether it’s best to get my visa first, or wait until I get over there to apply. |
