I would have thought that once you both have permanent residence in the UK that your husband would then be eligible for NHS treatment.

Your main problem I think is getting the spouse visa for your husband taking into consideration your tight financial situation, the fact that your husband will not be able to work and that you, as yet, have no job to go to. Depending on what type of work you will be looking for, it could take some months. There are financial criteria in getting a spouse visa to the UK.

Have you confirmed that his disability pension can be paid in the UK?

In addition, take into account that he has already been assessed for dialysis treatment here and is already having the treatment. In the UK, I expect you will have to start from scratch again - assessment/being assigned a treatment centre.

Thanks for reply, we know that he is entitled to claim his disabilaty still when he in uk and going to work dont bother me and he can work just has to have dialysis 3 days a week so part time would be better just wondered how we got on if he could go on nhs or how long before he could etc, but thanks for reply
