Moving back to England to head of my husband. Advice needed!
Hi everyone, every time I post my Circumstances have changed. Life is a roller coaster! My US born husband’s family have had a stocks and shares success and are able to gift us the savings needed to get us to England. What I’m wondering is once We have had the savings in an account under our name for six months and submit her application, would my daughter and I ( both British citizens) be able to move to England before my husband? Ideally I’d like to go ahead of my husband to start My dog walking business in England prior to his arrival. I know that this means it’s not a definite that are going to have a successful application, but is it a risk worth taking?

Yes, as Brits you can enter the UK before your husband.
If you are applying with savings, there is no reason why you would be denied.
