Mortgage

Hi I have not asked at the bank as OH wages from Canada have not been finalized, but was curious to know if anyone has got a UK mortgage with a Canadian income (or I guess from any other Country)

Thanks

We have used London & Country Mortgage Brokers in the past. Their website is at:

http://www.lcplc.co.uk/

However, I was reading that the mortgage market for expats has become a bit more difficult recently, see this article on the BBC website:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-22754136

I haven't used any of the specialist brokers, but there are some, who claim to be able to set up expat mortgages despite the withdrawal of Lloyds from the market. Examples include:

and

It sounds like it can still be done, provided the figures stack up.
