MN1 BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT FROM NIGERIA
Urgent help needed please.
I applied for registration using form MN1 3 (2) for my children aged 16 and 14.
We had a biometrics appointment booked on the 27 July but on getting to the centre We were informed that only one of the children had an appointment.
The appointment slip we had only showed one child's bar code number but stated that the appointment was for a maximum of two people.
The the lady had the centre explained that the other bar code was unavailable and was needed in order to attach the information of the applicant.
Since then I have emailed OCBE appointments in order to lodge a complaint and to request for an appointment for my other child and till date nothing.
Please any advice or links to rectify this error. Am at my wits end.
