Don't give up! Do keep trying Cunard, it's a free phone call so I would call them a couple of times a week and they may even get to recognise you...they really do get late cancellations. Meanwhile you can investigate the DEFRA process to import a pet into the UK

People sometimes book so far ahead that they have to change their travel plans; for example it may be the case that the passenger becomes ill and can't travel, or possibly the pet booked into the kennel is sick or has expired.....

Agreed. We have had several members who managed to travel on the QM2 due to someone cancelling.

PLEASE keep trying Cunard. They are super helpful and ALWAYS get cancellations.
