London Tube Fares
Is there anybody who knows how much the London underground fares these days. We would like to visit London for a few days in March while we are over here.

Hi
You need to look here
http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tickets/oysteronline/2732.aspx
This is the new Oyster card system in London, which saves you a lot of time and hassle when travelling.
This website is also essential for planning trips and journeys throughout the capital and tells you if, where, and when there are problems, closures or maintenance works affecting your trips.

Yes definitely cheaper fares with an Oyster card even if it costs you about L3 or 5 to get started. There are other day excursion fares though.

If ... as in your particular journey!
Unlike Sydney or Melbourne, London has the worlds oldest underground network, and also one of the largest, the chances of never having any problems on any given day is extremely slim considering the workload it carries.

What is CityRail's excuse then?
