Just filled out my Passenger Locator Form, for travel from US to UK tomorrow. Odd that the confirmation email they sent to me said that my form was attached, but there was no attachment. Didn’t really matter, as I’d already printed and saved the completed form.
It seems to be a known glitch, I saw a post on flyertalk where someone had the same problem.
