Sorry, no offence. It did get a bit out of hand. The reason I added to it was that mine was also over 30 years ago, when I was a youth.

Yes, they are... because you are required to declare them.

I might be worried if for drugs. Otherwise, imo it is not terribly likely.

Perhaps you should get a one-time consultation with an immigration attorney, to evalute them.
