Import declaration
 

Hi, I'm moving back to the UK from Hungary soon at the end of this month. I've managed to obtain approval for the Transfer of Residence(ToR1 form) from UK customs and have passed on the unique serial number to the transport company in Hungary that I am using to transport my stuff in a truck. I have been asked by the transport company about the import declaration. Is there an import declaration form I need to fill up separately and where do I download this form? I searched the gov UK website but got to a page to use some declaration software through a list of UK companies that is charging £40-£100 for the service. Is there not a form that I can download and populate myself?
