ILE TO ILR
 

Hello all reporting this in correct area
I am UKUS citizen wife of 25 years is US citizen, we moved back to UK last August after obtaining ILE with KOL req
Couple of questions
1 if she takes Life in UK test can we apply for ILR straight away as we have KOL endorsement? (If so is the form SetM) visa was issued under old rules
2 since back have had hard time finding full time work do financial requirements have to be satisfied to get ILR?
3 she wants to get UK citizenship does all time spent apply to 3 year requirement seeing as visa is on old rules.
