In your earlier posts you said that you required a Tier 2 visa. In which case, where you live will be dependent on where your sponsoring employer will be.
Until such time as you obtain a Tier 2 visa there is little point in asking about facilities in certain cities.

Where are you applying for jobs? As said until such time as you get a Tier 2 visa (not an easy task) it's fruitless asking about places to live in the UK.
The place names you have mentioned go from Lincolnshire to Wales

You can choose any location in which to live but if your Tier 2 sponsored job requires you to work a 9-5 job in Penzance then there's little point looking for properties in Inverness.

You are going to get dozens of suggestions from Edinburgh down to the Scilly Isles. Everyone has different things they like and dislike about places.
Education is pretty much the same in the whole of the UK, south of England is very expensive for property, Devon and Cornwall have lovely scenery.
Start applying for jobs, get offers and then we'll let you know what we think about the places.

OP - as a radiographer, which hospitals in UK have vacancies? If you know where these are, it might help narrow down your search areas.
What ages are your children? Are both you and your wife applying for registration?

I would recommend you do more research. The areas you have posted in your original post are not cities, but counties and a job in one side of the county may not be readable to live in the other side.
You also need to look at things such as house prices. For example, Kent is a county that is popular with people commuting to London, as a result housing costs can be very high.
Ultimatly where you you live will depend on where you get work. Do not assume just because there are jobs in a particular location that you will get work there.
