The death of a loved one does put things into perspective, without a doubt, but sometimes these things are easier said than done, so you take care of yourself and your family. Your health is what really matters.

I can feel your despair in your first message and its hard to be strong but you, wife and kids are a family and family sticks together, even through hard times. It will get easier trust me on that and it IS worth fighting for.

Sincere condolences on the passing of your father, your going through a rough time so chin up, and it WILL get better.
