Hi! I'm trying to find out some information in regards to Dual Citizenship and moving my family back to the UK...... any advice is greatly appreciated

I was born and raised in Fife and I moved to Canada in 2001, I received my Canadian Citizenship 3 years ago.
My husband was born and raised in Canada, we have been married for 6 years.
Our Daughter is 12 months and she was born in Canada. We all have our Canadian passports.
Then there is our dog......
Where do I even start???? My understanding is that I can apply for a passport for my daughter easily because I'm a Dual Citizen, but what do we have to do for my husband????
Also, in regards to the beloved family dog....would she have to spend 6 months in quarantine??? I'm so confused and I have no idea where to start........

Your daughter is British by descent through you so you only need to make an application for her British passport to the HMPO in Durham. Remember to renew yours at the same time if it has expired.

Does your husband have a British-born grandparent? If so he may be eligible for an ancestry visa. If he is, then this is the nice and easy option.

If not, you'll have go down the partner visa route which just got made a lot harder by HMG.
