Hi, welcome to BE.

Can you give a bit more info - is it just you or you and a spouse/children? What do you consider low housing prices (what budget & rent or buying?). Travelling by public transport or driving?

If you can give more details, then hopefully those in the area can assist.

Initially, i would be alone after few months my spouse and child would be accompanying me. Both rent and yes ultimately want to buy too.
Travelling by driving
and i will be coming with work permit.
