Default Going home...can I take bbq from US

Hi, we are heading home to the UK in 6 weeks after 5 years in the USA! Just wondering if anyone has experience of taking back an American Grill we have a small Weber we would like to take but not sure if we can convert it to use in the UK. Also has anyone had luck with using transformers on their electronics? Thinking of selling everything apart from a couple of items..we have a digital piano we would love to take with us if it will work with a transformer.
