Default Going back to the UK from Canada - Anyone used this company?

Hi

We return to the UK in just under two months time.

We don't have much to take back - just under 1 cubic metre.

All the quotes that I had from most companies were well over $900. Which seemed ridiculous, as we could ship it by air for virtually the same cost.

I then found these people:
http://www.discount-shipping.net/

They seemed to do it for third the cost. Has anyone used them before?

Also, on average what are the costs that we have to pay in the UK for whoever is clearing the goods on our behalf?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Just caught this......My advise would be to ship it by air, if you can do it for the same sort of money.
You will certainly get it a dam site quicker, then if you use a shipping company. 1 cubic meter would go as groupage....too small for a 20ft container....And groupage can take 8 to 12 wks, or in my case 20 wks

Sorry i carn't answer your question on clearing costs as i used a shipping company and the costs were all in. Good Luck
