Going back to the UK

Hi All, I would like to see my wife for Christmas (3 WKs) who is undergoing some treatment for some issues. I left last September and so she can get the help she needed....Now after discussions between her the doctors..I would like to go back and see her. we are still married. Is there anything I need to do as documentation? I will re-apply for my Visa to go back when. I come back from my Christmas 3 weeks. She is in bad shape..hopefully, i can brighten her days.

Ax you have a wife in the UK it would be sensible to show you have responsibilities in the US which you have to return to.

Remember, there are lockdown restrictions in place in the UK, which might still be there in December; quarantine being one.
