Re: Forwarding Mail from USA using USPS

I'm just back five weeks. Also had to go to my local post office in Dallas in order to fill in forms. They told me my mail will be forwarded for 6 months and I may renew for a further six months. I've been receiving mail for two weeks to my house here.

Re: Forwarding Mail from USA using USPS

It took a few go's to get ours forwarded (USA to UK) but after a few phone calls to the sorting office and a visit there by a friend we finally got it in place.

Mind you, I screwed up by placing an order at Staples for printer cartridges (I had a huge rewards discount to use) thinking they would get forwarded only to realise a month after they should have been here that they used UPS! My friend contacted the elderly couple who bought our house but they don't recall seeing a box on their doorstep (and I have delivery confirmation) so we lost them. Oh well!

Theres a thing called "mail boxes etc" that offers forwarding worldwide, but it isn't cheap.
