Flying back to Blighty - Boxing Day

Mixed emotions....Grandma passed away last week, it was touch and go if I went to the funeral, but she is the last grandparent left and mum is devastated.

So.....Fly out DFW friday tea-time, land at Heathrow, should be back in Dorset about 1.30pm...quick nap, go to pub get drunk....Sunday lunch and get drunk, Monday is the funeral, then get drunk. Land back at DFW at 6.00pm on New Years eve, just in time to get drunk at my mates party.....PHEW! I will need a vacation after all that.

Awww sorry about your Grandma.
I hope the flight goes well.
