Hi I was wondering if someone could help
my husbands visa expires next year, he is a agency worker earning above the required threshold for FLR M extension. £19,740 Gross pay. 40 hours a week.
does the home office accept agency workers or will he have to find a permanent job? He has been working for the same company for 6 months and counting

Agency work is fine so long as he’s been earning over the threshold.

and in regards to pay slips they are all online. Can we just print them off and send them or do we need them stamped?

Online print offs are fine but I would include a original signed letter from his employer confirming his employment details and that the payslips are accurate.

in terms of proof of cohabitation. What documents will we need to provide? We don't have any bills in our names as we are living with family, will this be an issue? We have one joint bank account together.

We have letters but not addressed to both of us. They are addressed solely. What should we do in this case? I'd appreciate any advice thanks
