Hello all,
I met someone in Morocco 6 months ago and planning to bring her over on a fiance visa. Has anyone applied for such visa recently? Please can you provide some guidance as the official website has very little on it.

No chance at all, you are a married man and you are saying you can't get a divorce, so you are not in any position to get a visa for her.

As Mike said, it's impossible for your girlfriend to apply for this visa. One of the requirements is that you both have to prove that any previous marriages or civil partnerships have ended. As you are still married, you are not able to do this.
