Dog Travel Costs from Canada

Hi
We are getting ready to move back to the UK with our family dog. He is around 70 pounds and 13 years old. Good health for his age, a very sweet dog, we wouldn't go anywhere without him. What I am wondering is has anyone flown British Airways with a dog of around this size. I am just wondering what I should budget for in the way of cost. We are flying from Toronto anyone who has done this if you can let me know that would be super

many thanks

Hi mairigraham,

I've moved your post into our Moving Back to the UK forum for you.

I know we have quite a few members who have moved back with dogs so I'm sure if you do a search in the MBTTUK section you will find quite a few threads on the subject.

Call BA cargo at Pearson airport, they should be able to give you a quote.

Hope this helps
