Default disabled person needs assistance

A friend of mine is in the US on a student visa but wants to stay after she
graduates which will be next year.... she happens to be disabled and gets
around via an electric wheelchair...... going back to her country (
Palestine ) would be a great hardship not only because of the situation over
there, ( ex. her brother died in prison under an Isrealie occupation ) but
also because of the many inaccessible buildings and public transportation
methods which are not at all wheelchair friendly..... she has been a student
for over a year now so I am just asking what ( if any ) would be the best
way to go about trying to keep her here..... getting a job would not be a
problem for her.......

Thanks...... and forget about the politics ( right or wrong ) and just think
of the individual.....

You are the one that mentioned the politics.

She would do the same as every other student, get OPT and then get the Employer to sponsor you for H Visa.

You brought up the issue of politics. If you truly wanted us to forget about it, you should not have even mentioned it. For future reference, the correct spelling is "Israel" and Israeli" ... no charge!
