At risk of being on topic... and boring the backside off some people... ;)

The hubs picked up some Wensleydale with lemon yesterday, it went really well with Christmas cake (we're getting our cake and mince pies in now before we fly to the US for Christmas!). He even voluntarily tried it with the cake and liked it. It took me years to get him to even try Christmas cake and cheese!
