Hello ALL, please, I'm asking for a friend. She studied in the UK and applied for a post-study visa after her graduation. The HO rejected the application because her course of study is not eligible for the PSV.
Now she has a company ready to sponsor her stay in the UK, but a bit unclear if the HO won't reject this application for the COS as she had already overstayed for about two months.
Please kindly advise on the way forward. URGENT PLS

What visa is the company proposing to sponsor her for?
Do they know she is an overstayer?
What level of education did she graduate with?

When was her application for a Graduate visa refused? Her refusal notice should give a period of time she can remain in the UK before she needs to submit a fresh application or leave the country.

The company is providing the short worker visa for 5 years
Yes they are aware because the certificate was giving to her when he already applied for her Graduate Route visa.

There is always a chance of a visa being refused.
If she qualifies for the Job and the criteria for the visa then her new application should be OK, but no guarantee.

Yes, she qualifies for the job, and also she met all criteria for the application as she has years of experience on the job whilst a student.
